If you do not prep it right then it will not last! The key to a successful long lasting paint job is to make sure the prep is done right. We start out with high quality caulking that will last a lifetime. The home is pressure washed and treated for mildew and bacteria before any paint is applied. Ant scraping that needs to be done is followed by top of the line primer. Nails that are backing out of the wood do not just get nailed back in they get replaced. Plants and bushes are covered and all windows are checked for leaks or bad caulking. After the home is pressure washed it is allowed to dry to make sure that the wood is not moist.
